At the time, I thought I simply needed a creative outlet. Looking back, I realize I was searching for part of my purpose.
I loved being a mom, but I missed my work. I missed the connection, the stories, and the creative energy. What I didn't know then was that through art, design, and creating meaningful experiences for others, I would rediscover a part of myself I thought I'd lost — all while growing alongside my girls.
And because of my former career, and because MadPie was built during such a meaningful season of my life, relationships have always been at the heart of everything we do.
I wholeheartedly believe the strongest designs come from truly knowing the people behind them, and that stationery should do more than announce a wedding — it should tell a story, create anticipation, and become part of the legacy of the celebration itself. It is truly an honor to help tell those stories.
Hi, there! I'm Madison– the founder and creative director behind MadPie Designs.
Before launching MadPie, my career lived in the world of media and storytelling. Working for a global magazine, I had the opportunity to wear many hats—from journalism, to content creation, to social brand development, and more. Along the way, I had the opportunity to interview some of the world's most successful entrepreneurs, public figures, and creatives, who all taught me first hand just how powerful relationships, emotional connection, and a compelling story can be.
Fast forward, MadPie Designs was born during one of the most transformative seasons of my life– as a new mom of twins, navigating life and finding my way back to myself after a difficult pregnancy and postpartum journey.
